General policies for custom software development:

Quotes and Billing: Quote or proposal fees may apply depending on the length of time required to prepare the documentation. Acceptable methods of payment: Personal or Business Check Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Certified, Cashiers Check, or Money Order Retainer: Depending on the size of the project, up to 50% of the total fee may be required up front as a deposit. The remainder of the fee is paid monthly on a schedule that spans the duration of the project.

Changes and Modifications:

Any additional features requested by the client that are not specified in the original product specification will require additional fees. From the time the finished software is delivered to the client, the client has a grace period to review and test the programming to ensure it meets their needs. Any problems found reported within the grace period will be fixed at no charge. Additional features or modifications requested by the client that were not included in the original agreement (product specification) will require additional fees.
